THE NOVEL APPROACH OF FARMING.

Effects of feed additives Sanbio SANA and Sanbio VITA on productive performance of fattening pigs (Three Shires Farms, Great Britain)

UK pig farm achieves +73g/d daily weight gain on fatteners with performance-enhancing additives

Lincs, Great Britain (July 08, 2015) – The present study was planned to investigate the effect of SANBIO additives for feed on the performance of fattening pigs.

This project is being carried out within the collaboration between the Three Shires Farms – Great Britain and SANBOS GmbH – Germany.

During the 52-day-feeding period 12 fatteners were assigned to treatments without and with supplementation of Sanbio SANA to feed and Sanbio VITA to water. The trial was run without adverse technical events (e.g. power failure, feed/water failures, etc.).
