SANBIO SANA® against mycotoxins in cattle
Mycotoxins are secondary metabolites of field and storage fungi. Mycotoxins can be found all over the world in a variety of crops which are widely used as feed for dairy cattle. Mycotoxins can cause numerous toxic effects in cattle. The main symptoms of mycotoxin poisoning in cattle are reduced food intake and milk production, reduced reproductive performance and immune suppression. Aflatoxin is the only mycotoxin, which is considered a health risk, if it occurs in milk and milk products. The other feed associated mycotoxins have no practical significance due to their low carry-over rate from feed into the milk. The feed additive SANBIO SANA binds a variety of mycotoxins and endotoxins - quickly and effectively. The adsorption capacity for aflatoxin is up to 98% at an application rate of 2 kg / t. SANBIO SANA is the solution for the mycotoxin management and allows to the farmer to redcue the cell number in the milk quickly and effectively, and to help stabilize the herd health and performance.
